Types of Evidence Clips

Photographic evidence, both still and video, is a crucial aspect of paranormal investigations. It allows investigators to capture potential anomalies that may not be visible to the naked eye and to have a record of visual evidence whether it was noticed at the time or not.  Both still photos and videos in paranormal investigations are usually caught on infrared, ultraviolent, or full spectrum cameras.  Phone cameras typically lack the ability to peek into the different parts of the light spectrum without specialized add-on's but nonetheless, phone cameras have captured some amazing evidence without extra filters.

Audio Communication is sometimes facilitated by what are called ITC (Instrumental Trans Communication) devices, such as Spirit Boxes, stand alone devices or apps.  All facilitate some kind of communication through the use of electronic devices. Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) are unexplained voices or sounds that are captured on some type of audio recorder. These voices are not usually audible to the human ear during the recording but can be heard upon playback. They can range from easy to understand ("Class A") to being very difficult to decipher.

Visual and audio evidence is captured on many different types of equipment.  There is a short explanation of what kind of device was used in the clips below.

Random Spirit Box session with a Geoport that was initiated by unexplained activity in this investigator's home.

Random session in this investigator's home after unexplained noises were heard in the room.

Really illustrates the difficulty inherent in this type of communication.

SLS Camera

Ghost in Mirror LU

The Structured Light Sensor Camera was set to show the real time video in the small frame.  That is where you can see a white mist cross from the left to the right immediately after the investigator asks if anyone is there to please show themselves. The investigator did not see it in real time, but during the evidence review.  Courtesy of Inland Northwest Paranormal Investigators.

SLS Camera

SLS Toilet Ghost

This unsuspecting investigator using a Structured Light Sensor Camera finds a figure doing its business.  The audio is quite low you will have to turn it up to hear the comments of the investigator which are expressing more shock and disbelief than any kind of intelligent commentary.  The amount of detailed action by the figure in this clip is unreal. At one point you can see it reaching for the tissue on the back of the toilet.

Paranormal Trip Wire

Trip Wire Clip

Trip Wire Clip

The Paranormal Trip Wire is a series of EMF sensors that light up when they are in contact with an EMF field, and they reflect the strength of that field with different colors. This investigator felt a tug on her elbow when doing the dishes so set the trip wire up in the kitchen by the sink.
